Advertising agency employee Nick Marshall is in line for a promotion, but at the last moment his superiors change plans. The agency loses its position in the advertising market and instead of Nick, Darcy McQuire is appointed, who is able to overcome the bad trend. Disgruntled Nick is not against proving that he too would cope with everything perfectly, and such an opportunity arises for him. The electrical discharge that got into the hero of the film gives him a unique ability: from now on he can hear everything that women think about. Thanks to such a gift of fate, Nick can now not only create advertising that is close and understandable to every woman, but also easily find an approach to an unapproachable saleswoman from a coffee shop, as well as eventually establish contact with his 15-year-old daughter.
