Russia, the end of the 17th century. Tsar Peter the First issues a decree on the celebration of the New Year. The Master of Dark Magic comes to the king's court in the guise of a mechanical scientist, who seeks to enter the Magic Worlds and regain his magical power. The Gate of Magical Worlds is located in Moscow in the Sukhareva Tower. They are guarded by Count Yakov Brus - a famous associate of Tsar Peter, a scientist, a sorcerer and the Sorcerer of the Equinox. Bruce's student, the teenager Petya, accidentally learns about the Master's insidious plans and rushes to the Biscuit Tower to warn Bruce's daughter Margarita of the danger.
