After the death of her mother, 16-year-old Juni is forced to transfer to a new school, where her cousin Mathias studies, who introduces her to his friends. Most of the boys want to meet the charming Juni, but she chooses Otto, the most unremarkable among them. However, later she falls in love with Nemoa, an Italian teacher. Their romance is doomed in advance, but the main character does not want to suppress the feelings that flared up in her and tries hard to find happiness.
