King Nicholas III of Belgium loves his job, but some Belgians don't reciprocate. In order to improve the authority of the monarch, it was decided to shoot an uplifting film about the royal visit to Turkey, but in the midst of filming, alarming news comes from the homeland: Belgium is on the verge of a split. Nicholas is obliged to urgently save Belgium from separatism and finish shooting the film, but unfortunately, all flights are canceled due to a storm. The king and his retinue will have to move on land, illegally crossing numerous Balkan borders, tasting yogurts and fending off Serbian snipers.
