Fraser Wilson, a 14-year-old teenager from New York, was sent to a military base in Italy by his parents. There he meets other boys, including Caitlin Poythress, with whom he begins a relationship. Together with friends, they enjoy the sun, sea and beach, but inside Fraser misses his friend Mark, who stayed in the States. Things are complicated by Jason, a local soldier, for whom Frasier begins to develop romantic feelings.
